**Australian Made** 12V 200AH or 24V 100AH Stainless Steel Battery Tray
This battery tray is laser cut and machine folded here in Adelaide, South Australia, whilst the tie downs are hand made here in Adelaide as well. We supply the hardware to mount the battery to the tray, but the tray comes blank so it can be drilled to suit your own application.
The maximum battery dimensions for this tray using our tie downs are approximately 250mm wide, 230mm tall, and 525mm long. This suits MOST 200AH 12V batteries and 100AH 24V batteries on the market today. PLEASE CONFIRM THESE MEASUREMENTS BEFORE ORDERING THIS PRODUCT AS WE WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS IF YOU MEASURE YOUR BATTERY INCORRECTLY.
Included in the kit:
1 x Australian Made laser cut Stainless Steel Battery Tray (Approximate External Dimensions: 530mm x 260mm x 16mm)
2 x Hand made tie downs (100% stainless steel)
1 x Flat bar to go across the top of the battery (100% stainless steel)
1 x Complete set of stainless steel wing nuts and washers to mount your battery to the tray.
We HIGHLY recommend the use of an anti-seize lubricant (Such as Tef-Gel) where any contact between surfaces of different materials will occur. For example, if mounting our tray into an aluminium boat, any stainless surface that touches the bare aluminium should be coated with this lubricant, as well as the stainless steel mounting bolt threads.
